Liquid light in flake  form - a lavish, ethereal glow, watch your nails take on a magical multidimensional glow.   Apply over a tacky surface. Stick IT is perfect.   Once applied gently dust off excess and top coat. You can even add another coat of stick it, cure and then apply your chosen top coat for added durability.
