They are mess free. To use apply over a warm tacky layer, IE as soon as the nails come out from the lamp immediately apply the chrome while it is still warm. Our original LED topcoat works amazing with these chromes as it takes 60 secs for the tack to go. Every time you need to reload the sponge pad simply screw the lid on.
